Summary
IS-SOFT crashes on use, PC event log shows “1026 error”.
Solution
The most common cause of this error is IS-SOFT is installed in one location of the PC and then uninstalled and reinstalled to a different file location on the same PC. This will cause a directory entry that points to a non-existing file location.
Follow the steps below:
- Uninstall IS-SOFT
- Browse to C:ProgramDataAiphone
- Delete all files in the location
- Reinstall IS-SOFT
