Summary

IS-SOFT on multiple user PC does not work when a different user logs in. IS-SOFT is assumed to need to be reinstalled in common area. When reinstalling the software, you get a license key error.

Example: IS-SOFT installed under USER1 on PC and works fine. USER1 then logs off PC and USER2 logs in. IS-SOFT then will not operate for USER2.

Solution

Modify the NTFS permissions for the User/Authenticated User to include Modify permission on the entire C:Aiphone folder and the Aiphone_PCMS_Rec folder (video recordings).
