Problem:

When adding a new panel to AC Nio, an error message is displayed. The exact error message is:

“ACNIO.Controllers.DecryptionFailedException: Exception of type 'ACNIO.Controllers.DecryptionFailedException”

Cause:

A communication error between the new panel and AC Nio.

Solution: 

If the issue persists, remove the panel from AC Nio. Go to the panel and initialize it through its interface. Attempt to add the panel again.
