Problem:
One of the speed dials on the left side of the AX Answering Station is blinking, even if there is not another answering station to place a call.
Cause:
This happens when there is a disconnected or miswired answering station on one of the AX-CEU's ports.
Solution:
- If there is an answering station that should be attached to that port, try a short patch cable to verify that the answering station is in working order, and to check if there is a problem with the regular cable.
- If there is no answering station on that port and there will not be, use the AX Setup Tool to disable the port.
