Summary
When an inbound call is placed from a door station the JP Series master and sub stations reboot.
Solution
This occurs when an incompatible door station is in use with the JP Series. Confirm the model number of the door station is from either the JK or JP Series.
The model number of a door station can be found printed on a white sticker located on the back of the station.
