To send out IXG App registration emails to multiple tenants at once, log into AiphoneCloud and navigate to the site from Remote Management.
Navigate to the Tenants tab. Click the Manage IXG App drop-down menu and select Invite IXG mobile app users.
Either select all units using the check box in the top left, or scroll through the list for individual units. By default, all tenants with a registered email address will receive the invite. Click on the unit number to show a list of tenants, and click to select or deselect the desired tenants. Once everything is configured, click Send.
