A .csv file can be used to upload a list of tenants and their contact information to Remote Management in bulk. 

Uploading tenant data will overwrite data for units included in the .csv. For example, if there is already a unit 101, and the .csv file includes unit 101, that data will be overwritten. If the .csv does not include unit 101, no changes will be made to unit 101. App registration is not affected by .csv uploads. 

Log into AiphoneCloud and select the site from Remote Management.

From the main page, navigate to Units. Click Add Units, and select Upload Units and Tenants List from the drop-down menu.

Download the template.

Fill in the tenant information. Make sure that phone numbers are formatted without spaces, dashes, or parentheses. Click Browse Files to select the modified template, then click Continue. If there are any formatting problems, an error message will appear indicating which rows have incorrect data.

Click Upload Tenants to complete the process.

The newly applied units and tenants will appear in the appropriate lists. Click Upload Tenant Settings to complete the process.
