If the door release button or slider is not present, there are a few possible causes for the issue. To enact these solutions, consult the appropriate programming guides for the support tool or software used.
- The calling station is not in the answering station or software's address book. Consult the address book or station list (depending on the programming method).
- The calling station's relay is not set for door release. This can be verified under the Option Input / Relay Output settings.
- The authentication keys do not match on the door and answering station. This is a code sent between the stations when the unlock command is sent. Reach out to Aiphone tech support for help with resolving this issue.
For all solutions, make sure that settings are uploaded to all stations after a fix is applied and test again.
