For these symptoms, the station is able to receive a call from an IX | IXG Series station at a site, but there is an error when the user tries to monitor or call a station. There are a few things to check.
- Check for phone operating system and app store updates. Apply any pending updates and try again.
- Verify that the station is in the phone's address book.
- Upload settings to the stations again and sync the settings with the app server. See the IX | IXG Series Quick Start Guide or the Remote Management Quick Start Guide, depending on how the system was programmed.
- It could be a sign that incoming traffic from the cloud servers are being blocked, but outgoing traffic is being allowed.
